| 8.30am-10am | Handover of print entries. Prints for PPI must have been pre-registered via online system. Prints that have not been pre-registered will not be accepted. |
| 11am | Judging starts with projected images and will continue until all projected images are judged (both open and themed sections). Lunch break will follow. |
| After lunch | The sequence of events for afternoon will be:
Monochrome prints (open & themed) Short break Colour prints (open & themed) Short break Awards ceremony Images that do not qualify for national finals can be collected AFTER awards ceremony. AGM will follow awards ceremony. |
